A family-run business
for 25 years and counting
In 1999 Chris Moorhouse took a look at his wife Lisa's horsebox and saw a long list of unsafe elements and a selection of features that weren't useful to her. So he re-built it. Then, for the last quarter of a century he's been building Pride Horseboxes, keeping the horses that they carry as his main priority.

Pride Horseboxes still remains in the Moorhouse family, and is now a trading name of Moorhouse Enterprises LTD. With Chris still building boxes, advising and quality checking all of our work.

Our owner Ellie Moorhouse (Chris's daughter) takes care of all of our operations and customer interactions, so all of your design consultations, viewings and communication about your horsebox will be with her.
Manager Sam
Sam is our hands on manager, in charge of managing all of the logistics of your job - he'll keep things running smoothly and will keep you updated every step of the way.

He'll also be involved in your build design, helping you to balance all of the features that you want with a design that will fit together well and work practically for you.
Our other crew members
We have a selection of other experts and assistants to help with your job. We work with suppliers, mechanics, MOT providers, re-spray experts and more.
